The present invention relates to an impact buffering structure for sudden door closing in a building which prevents an impact on a door or a resident from being surprised since the door is rapidly closed due to wind or during ventilation in a structure. The impact buffering structure for sudden door closing in a building comprising: a case (10) having a sensor installation portion (13) in the upper portion of a body (11), and having a bar housing installation portion (14) in the lower portion of the body (11); a sensor (20) controlled by a metal ball (24) since electrodes (22, 23) are formed in the upper end portion of a slope way (25); a solenoid case (30) where a solenoid latch (40) is installed to be movable up and down inside by being installed in the lower portion of the sensor (20); a bar housing (50) where an opening is formed in the same direction of an opening (12) of the case (10); and an impact prevention rubber (60) where a guide portion (62) of a latch moving groove portion (51) is engaged or released by a latch portion (41). |
