PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables a master station of a broadcast communication system to collect reception quality of slave stations.SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises: a master station 100; a first base station 110 and a second base station 120 which are connected with the master station; and a radio communication device 112 which performs radio communication with the first base station 110 and the second base station 120. The master station 100 transmits a broadcast to the radio communication device 112 via the first base station 110. The radio communication device 112 comprises: a first reception unit which receives the broadcast transmitted from the first base station 110 by a first communication method; and a first transmission unit which transmits information to the master station by a second communication method via the second base station 120. When the first reception unit receives a broadcast, the first transmission unit transmits information about reception quality of the broadcast to the master station 100.
