PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an average service life and minimize the number of required parts while increasing an allowable change speed between different capacitance values of a variable capacity vacuum capacitor.SOLUTION: The mechanical drive system for vacuum capacitor (1) includes a drive screw (2) and a nut (3). The nut (3) is disposed in a housing of the vacuum capacitor (1) and the drive screw (2) is screwed into the nut (3). A first electrode is disposed on one side of the drive screw (2) and is movable relative to a second electrode by the rotation of the drive screw (2). The nut (3) is completely manufactured from plastic material. |
