The present invention relates to a carbon nanotube-polymer composite and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising a step which enables compounds with functional groups and at least two aryl groups to be adsorbed on the carbon nanotube and accordingly modifies the surface of the carbon nanotube; and another step which bounds the carbon nanotube with the modified surface to a polymer compound with an amine terminal group or a carboxyl terminal group.
