PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet that prevents cracking in a light-diffusing layer even when subjected to punching.SOLUTION: An optical sheet (30) diffuses light incident to the sheet to exit and includes: a sheet type main body (31) having light-transmitting property; and a light-diffusing layer (33) which is disposed on one surface side of the main body and comprises a light-transmitting resin (34) formed of a resin that transmits light and light-diffusing particles (35) dispersed in the light-transmitting resin. The light-transmitting resin comprises, as a main component, a sum of pentaerythritol polyfunctional acrylate and a polyethylene glycol acrylate, in which a mass ratio of the pentaerythritol polyfunctional acrylate to the polyethylene glycol acrylate in the main component is 70:30 to 18:82.
