PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin clip capable of reducing a protruding margin of a leg part inserted into a fitting hole in a panel while its insertion resistance is being restricted from being increased.SOLUTION: A resin clip 30 has a base plate part 40 engaged with one surface of a panel 3 and a leg part 50 extended out of the base plate part and inserted into a fitting hole 4. The leg part has a supporting column 60 extended out of the base plate in a leg inserting direction and a pair of engaging pieces 70 inclined from the extremity end of the supporting column toward the base plate to expand outwardly and extended more widely than that of the fixing hole. The engaging pieces are of double bent (multi-bent shape) modified from the conventional single bent shape. A thickness T1 at the extremity end 71b farther from a round part 71a arranged at a corner inner surface in respect to the supporting column of a base part 71 is made thinner than thicknesses T2 and T3 of each of the first slant part 73 and the second slant part 75. Further, there is provided an inner rib 76 extending from the inner surface at the extremity end in the base part to the inner surface of the second slant piece part. |
