PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress impedance with respect to noise among a plurality of boards.SOLUTION: A power converter 14 comprises a plurality of boards 41-46. A filter circuit 21 of the first board 41 provides a ground part G1 on the DC side. A filter circuit 22 of the second board 42 provides a ground part G2 on the AC side. A filter circuit 23 of the third board 43 provides ground connection G3 of a power supply circuit. A Floating capacitance 24c of switching elements Q1-Q6 provides ground connection G4. Plate conductors 51-53 connect ground patterns 41a, 42a, 43a, 45a of the plurality of boards 41-46 to provide a conductor surface for providing a linear path for noise current between at least the ground part G1 on the DC side and ground part G2 on the AC side. The conductor surface also provides a linear path for noise current with respect to the ground part G3 of the power supply circuit and ground part G4 through the floating capacitance of the switching elements Q1-Q6. |
