PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard net fence that is used for preventing fall of exterior materials of the outer wall of an existing building and for bird proof, and a guard net fence for fall prevention emergency measures and its construction method.SOLUTION: A guard net fence has fasteners, and the fasteners are mounted at predetermined positions in the horizontal level direction every each hierarchy of a building in which the surface of an outer wall of reinforced concrete construction is finished with exterior materials, and then the horizontal blurring is configured to be held by connecting members. The fasteners include wire through pipes, and wire is passed through multiple wire through pipes of the fasteners, and then the tension of the wire is adjusted by turn buckles of the upper and lower part of the wire. The guard net is connected by binding wire inside of the adjusted wire, and covers the whole or a portion of the outer wall of the building. |
