<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal casting apparatus for manufacturing a rotor, which can prevent that a gap is generated between core-constituting silicon steel sheets.SOLUTION: A centrifugal casting apparatus for manufacturing a rotor, consists of: a rotary plate 110; and a sleeve 120 that is provided on a top of the rotary plate 110, has a cylindrical structure having an inner diameter corresponding to an outer diameter of a silicon steel sheet constituting a core 200. Particularly, the centrifugal casting apparatus for manufacturing the rotor includes: the sleeve 120 inside which a plurality of silicon steel sheets are stacked; a top die 130 where a space S1 to be injected with a molten metal, for molding an end ring, is formed on a top of the core 200; a bottom die 140 where a space S2 to be injected with the molten metal for molding an end ring is formed beneath the core 200; a dummy shaft 150 coupled with the bottom die 140; a cap 160 assembled to an upper end part of the dummy shaft 150 to press the upper end part of the dummy shaft 150 to press an upper end part of the core 200; and a hydraulic ram 170 that moves up and down by driving a lifting device 180 and moves the bottom die 140 up and down, and is coupled with the rotary plate 110 so as to rotate together with the rotary plate 110.</p> |
