<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe capable of suppressing displacement between an acoustic lens and a capacitive transducer.SOLUTION: A probe includes: a transducer that comprises an element 101 and an extraction electrode 102 for the element; a flexible wiring board 103 that comprises wiring electrically connected to the extraction electrode; and an acoustic lens 104 that is provided on the element and that has a step portion. The acoustic lens 104 is fixed by butting against an end of the flexible wiring board 103 in the step portion.</p> |
