<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, a control method and a control program for efficiently carrying out authentication of attribute information of a user by using contractor information retained in one of a plurality of communication carriers.SOLUTION: An API conversion device 10 includes: a communication carrier DB11 for storing reliability data indicating the probability that a user has respective contracts with a plurality of communication carriers for respective groups of terminal information for a user terminal 20; a service execution control unit 13 for receiving an authentication request of whether or not the attribute information for the user fulfills a specification condition which one of the plurality of communication carriers has along with the terminal information by standard API and returning the authentication result; a determination unit 15 for determining the order of the communication carriers estimated by the reliability data on the basis of the terminal information; and an API conversion unit 16 for converting the authentication request to standard API by converting the authentication request to unique API for an authentication server 40 for the communication carrier in order from the communication carrier of a high order.</p> |
