Embodiments of the present invention provide an uplink control information sending method, a user equipment and a base station. The sending method comprises: a user equipment sending uplink control information to a second base station so that the second base station forwards the uplink control information to a first base station or the first station obtains the uplink control information through listening. The embodiments of the present invention not only ensure that a base station can correctly receive uplink control information but also reduce complexity for the base station to receive the uplink control information.
