PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent color mixture between pixels adjacent to each other.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent display device comprises: a substrate; a plurality of pixel electrodes 16 provided on the substrate; an insulation layer 18 between pixel electrodes 16 adjacent to each other and integrally extending an upper part and a lower part of edges of pixel electrodes 16 adjacent to each other; an organic electroluminescent film 38 provided on the substrate so as to contain a common layer 40 continuously covering a plurality of pixel electrodes 16 and the insulation layer 18; and a common electrode 42 provided on the organic electroluminescent film 38.
