1. A dual-bearing reel, comprising:
a reel unit including a frame body and a cover portion, the frame body including an opening portion, the cover portion being configured to be disposed in the opening portion; a spool being rotatably mounted on the frame body; a handle configured to rotate the spool; and a cover open mechanism configured to open the cover portion, and including a portion of the frame body, the cover portion, a spool support portion and a cover opening and closing portion, the spool support portion being mounted to an interior of the frame body and configured to support the spool in a rotatable state, the cover opening and closing portion being disposed between the spool and the cover portion in the interior of the frame body, the cover opening and closing portion including a cover opening and closing structure and an urging member, the cover opening and closing structure being engaged with the spool support portion and the cover portion and being configured to set an opened/closed state of the cover portion, the urging member being disposed between the cover portion and the cover opening and closing structure, and being configured to urge the cover portion in an openable state, and the cover portion being prevented from rotating when one of the cover portion and the spool support portion is engaged with the other of the cover portion and the spool support portion. |
