PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load on a control device mounted to control a mass spectrometer.SOLUTION: A control device for controlling a component of a mass spectrometer comprises: a plurality of monitoring parts that are arranged on a communication bus and that output a signal from the component as a digital signal; a bus master circuit that controls the communication bus; a register that individually stores data of the plurality of monitoring parts, read out by control of the bus master circuit; and an operation part that reads out the data of the register.
