The present invention relates to a lens distortion correcting device combined with a demosaicing and a method thereof which are able to lower complexity of the device by performing a lens distortion correction by only one interpolation by immediately correcting a distortion of an image of a bayer color filter array state. The present invention is able to lower complexity of the device by simplifying a circuit configuration since a lens distortion can be corrected by one interpolation by immediately correcting the distortion of an image of a bayer color filter array state by including: an image memory of a bayer color filter array storing an image of a bayer color filter array; a distortion correcting processor which calculates pixel coordinates of a distorted image space based on inputted coordinate information and corrects the distorted image by processing a bilinear interpolation of the image of the bayer color filter array based on the calculated pixel coordinates; and a corrected image memory which stores the image corrected in the distortion correcting processor.
