PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly evaluate a behavior pattern of a sales service person.SOLUTION: A data collect section 12 acquires a detection result from a sales service person position detector 20. A behavior analysis section 14 identifies a piece of information relevant to a behavior pattern of a sales service person in on a sales floor (centered area, positioning, time-base positioning shift etc.) based on the detection result. The information relevant to the behavior pattern is evaluated based on an evaluation references for each of behavior patterns calculated from a relation between sales record of plural sales service persons and behavior pattern of the plural sales service persons. |
