PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incentive charge processing system capable of preventing illegality and appropriately suppressing CO2 emission.SOLUTION: The incentive charge processing system gives a user an incentive to encourage reduction of energy consumption. This incentive charge processing system includes an incentive charge processing unit, a deposit processing unit, and a settlement unit. The incentive charge processing unit collects an incentive charge calculated by multiplying excess from a predetermined threshold value of consumption by a first rate, and returns the incentive charge calculated by multiplying the reduction from the threshold value of the consumption by the first rate to the user. The deposit processing unit adds, to an energy purchase price, a deposit charge calculated by multiplying the consumption by a second rate, to charge the user. The settlement unit settles difference between the incentive charge and the deposit charge for the user. |
