PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersion which has good dispersion stability of a pigment even when a content of a dispersant is reduced, and which can give a photosensitive resin composition capable of forming a minute pattern having high adhesiveness even with low exposure luminous energy, and to provide a photosensitive resin composition containing the pigment dispersion, and a dispersion aid.SOLUTION: The pigment dispersion comprises a pigment comprising a nitrogen-containing aromatic ring compound, a dispersant, an oxime ester compound, and a solvent. In the oxime ester compound, a carbon atom included in an oxime group is bonded to an organic group containing an aromatic ring and to an aromatic hydrocarbon ring or an aromatic hetero ring via a carbonyl group. The photosensitive resin composition comprises a base resin, a photopolymerization initiator, and the above pigment dispersion. The dispersion aid comprises the above oxime ester compound. |
