摘要 Disclosed are an active organic electroluminescent device backplate and a method for manufacturing same. The device backplate comprises: a substrate (20), several active thin film transistor pixel arrays arranged on the substrate (20) and an organic planar layer (228) arranged on the active thin film transistor pixel arrays, an organic electroluminescent electrode (229), a pixel defining layer (25) and a support (28); each of the active thin film transistor pixel arrays comprises a driving thin film transistor (22) and a switching thin film transistor (24); the thickness of a gate insulation layer (220) of the driving thin film transistor (22) is greater than the thickness of a gate insulation layer (240) of the switching thin film transistor (24); gray scale can be well defined by means of thickening the gate insulation layer of the driving thin film transistor to lower the grid capacitance of the driving thin film transistor, thereby increasing the subthreshold swing of the driving thin film transistor; and by keeping the subthreshold swing of the switching thin film transistor relatively small while keeping the thickness of the gate insulation layer of the switching thin film transistor unchanged, the operating voltage can be reduced and circuit operating speed can be increased, thereby effectively improving the quality.
