　Provided is a dispersion composition which is superior in terms of sensation upon the use thereof, and in which inorganic oxide particles remain highly dispersed over a long period.　This dispersion composition is characterized by at least containing: inorganic oxide particles (A) having an average particle size of 200 nm or less; and a polyglycerol (B) in the amount of more than 0.5 parts by weight and less than 3 parts by weight with respect to 1 part by weight of the inorganic oxide particles (A). The polyglycerol preferably has a number-average degree of polymerization of 2 to 100, and the percentage of primary hydroxyl groups among all the hydroxyl groups is preferably 50% or more.
