摘要 <p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a manufacturing method of a micro device may comprise: a step of supplying a first micro component; a step of attaching at least one specific DNA polymer sequence to the first micro component; a step of supplying a second micro component; a step of attaching at least one complementary DNA polymer sequence, which is complementary to the specific DNA polymer sequence; and a step of coupling the first micro component and the second micro component using DNA hybridization. The micro device according to the present invention is capable of being formed by various combinations.</p>
