<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger capable of easily determining the fusion of a fuse with guaranteed functional safety.SOLUTION: The charger includes: a fuse 130 having one end connected to the positive electrode side of a battery 300 and another end connected to a power supply 200 side for supplying power to the battery 300; first voltage detection means 152 for measuring the voltage of the one end of the fuse 130 as a first voltage; second voltage detection means 154 for measuring the voltage of the other end of the fuse 130 as a second voltage; and control means 120 for determining the fusion of the fuse 130 using the first and second voltages.</p> |
