PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atom cell capable of minimizing degradation of characteristics due to surplus metal atoms, and to provide a quantum interference device and an atomic oscillator, and to provide an electronic apparatus and a mobile body including such a quantum interference device and excellent in reliability.SOLUTION: An atomic oscillator 1 includes: a pair of windows 22, 23; a wall 214 arranged between the pair of windows 22, 23 and forming a space S1, which houses a gaseous alkaline metal, together with the pair of windows 22, 23; and a space S2 communicating with the space S1, arranged at a position where the wall 214 is interposed between itself and the space S1, and in which liquid or solid alkaline metal M is housed. |
