The present invention relates to an atmospheric heat exchange system and a heat exchange method using the same. The atmospheric heat exchange system of the present invention comprises a floating unit which is equipped to be located in the atmosphere; multiple heat exchange objects which performs heat-exchanging in the atmosphere by being connected to the floating unit; a lifting device which lifts up the heat exchanging objects; and a control unit which controls the operation of the lifting device. According to the present invention, the atmospheric heat exchange system has a simple structure and a heat exchange medium, such as water, is put in a container when cooling is needed and lifted up in the atmosphere. Then the heat-exchange medium, such as water or ice, which is heat-exchanged with the surrounding atmosphere at a lower temperature in the atmosphere, can be moved to the ground. Also, according to the present invention, the floating unit can be supported by a wire without a supporting tower, so a supporting tower does not need to be installed to support a pulley. The medium can be heat-exchanged at any height because a supporting tower is not needed. Also, the atmospheric heat exchange system can be constructed more easily than when the system needs a supporting tower. |
