Disclosed are a protection apparatus for a gas welding torch head capable of improving welding work efficiency as a protection apparatus can be easily combined with and separated from a torch head, and the angle of a floodlight member can be adjusted; and a method to manufacture the same. A protection apparatus for a gas welding torch head comprises: a supporting member having an insertion hole to insert a part of a torch, and elastically supported and fixed to the outer surface of the torch; and a floodlight member consisting of a floodlight material, and combined with the supporting member. Therefore, the present invention has effects of improving welding work efficiency as a floodlight member can be easily combined with and separated from a torch, and the angle of a floodlight member can be adjusted; and lowering costs as a manufacturing method is simple. |
