　Provided is a floating oil suction device that can efficiently suck up the floating oil in mixed liquor, and foam which is floating on the surface of floating oil.　The floating oil suction device (1) is provided with: a pipe (5) that is connected to a collection pump (11); and a cylindrical suction nozzle (19) that is provided on the outside of the pipe (5) so as to be able to slide in the vertical direction and that floats in the vicinity of the surface of mixed liquor due to the difference in specific gravity between the nozzle and the mixed liquor. The suction nozzle (19) comprises a top surface open part (16) at the top surface of the suction nozzle (19) for taking in foam on the surface of mixed liquor, and a side surface open part (17) at the side surface of the suction nozzle (19) for taking in floating oil. Foam and floating oil that have been taken in by the top surface open part (16) and the side surface open part (17) of the suction nozzle (19) pass through the pipe (5) on the inner side of the suction nozzle (19) and are sucked into the collection pump (11).
