PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmitter, an optical receiver, an optical transmission system, an optical transmission method, an optical reception method and a method for optical transmission, capable of easily deskewing.SOLUTION: The optical transmitter includes: a digital signal processing unit for generating a drive signal to generate a multicarrier signal, including a cyclic prefix, to be transmitted in parallel, by a plurality of independent sets of digital signal processing; a synchronization unit for synchronizing clocks in the plurality of sets of digital signal processing; and an adjustment unit for reducing a delay difference in each cyclic prefix between the multicarrier signals after the parallel transmission. |
