<p>Supply gas for heat treatment is supplied to a furnace chamber (RM1) having workpieces (WK1, WK1,…) housed therein, and exhaust gas used in heat treatment is discharged from the furnace chamber (RM1). The furnace chamber (RM1) is heated by a heater (20) in order to perform degreasing and sintering on the workpieces (WK1, WK1,…). In part of an air supply and discharge step, the concentration of oxygen in the supply gas is controlled by referring to the temperature of the workpieces (WK, WK,…). In part of a heating step, degreasing is completed at the point at which the carbon concentration (carbon dioxide concentration) in the exhaust gas fulfils predetermined conditions (specifically, when the carbon dioxide concentration falls to no more than a threshold value (THc)).</p> |
