<p>A thin housing structure and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising: putting a housing rough blank into a mold provided with multiple discharge holes at the bottom thereof; using a high pressure press-forming method to press the rough blank so that residual material of the rough blank flowing out through the discharge holes forms a housing rough blank flow material, the area of the rough blank corresponding to positions of the discharge holes not being completely pressed, so as to form a second stress block with a large density, and the area of the rough blank not corresponding to the positions of the discharge holes being completely pressed, so as to form a first stress block with a small density; and leveling said flow material to form the housing. The stress of the first stress block of the housing obtained in such a way is greater than the stress of the second stress block, and the two stress blocks are arranged alternately, improving overall strength and toughness of the housing. A lighter and thinner housing can be manufactured.</p> |
