<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform communication by a magnetic field as long as a terminal is in the vicinity of an access point device. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal device 2 converts a magnetic field output by an access point device 1 into a reception signal by an antenna (S1), and compares the level of the reception signal with a preset threshold value (S3).
