PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical lamination film in which rainbow unevenness is eliminated, and which has an excellent appearance, and can be manufactured stably, and to provide a display device thereof.SOLUTION: The optical lamination film 10 includes a substrate 11, an easily adhesive layer 12 provided on one surface of the substrate 11, a first transparent layer 13 provided on the other surface of the substrate 11, a second transparent layer 14 arranged adjacent to the first transparent layer 13, and at least two kinds of light-transmissive particles 15a and 15b arranged in the second transparent layer 14 and having respectively different volume average particle sizes. Total amount S of the light-transmissive particles 15a and 15b satisfies 30 mg/m≤S≤500 mg/m. |
