<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an output noise voltage of an amplifier. <P>SOLUTION: The amplifier includes: a differential input circuit 1 for amplifying a difference between a normal input voltage and an inverted input voltage; an output circuit 2 for amplifying and outputting to an output terminal an output signal of the differential input circuit 1; and a bias circuit 5 for outputting a bias voltage to a current source MP3 of the differential input circuit 1 and a current source MP4 of the output circuit 2. An output noise voltage appearing at the output terminal when both normal input voltage and inverted input voltage to the differential input circuit 1 are a ground voltage is detected, and the bias circuit 5 outputs such a bias voltage as increases currents of the current sources MP3, MP4 with increasing level of the noise voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
