<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle dispatch plan making method for controlling the balance of time zone designation observance and number of vehicle reduction by relaxing the arrival time zone designation of an order, and for relaxing time designation in order to achieve desired number of vehicle reduction. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor is configured to release the assignment of an order assigned to lowly evaluated delivery routes at a prescribed rate or less among delivery routes created by assigning the order to a vehicle, and to relax the arrival time designation of the order, and then to re-assign the order whose arrival time designation has been relaxed to the vehicle so that it is possible to re-create the delivery routes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
