<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool multiple power storage cells. <P>SOLUTION: A power storage module includes: first and second members where passages allowing a cooling medium to flow therein are formed; and multiple flat plate like power storage cells disposed between the first and second members.
