<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide superconducting thin film wiring material of stable quality which has a good adhesion with an oxide superconducting layer, and has a silver layer formed thereon, which works as a protection layer sufficiently, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an oxide superconducting thin film wiring material comprises: the step of forming an oxide superconducting layer on an orientated metal substrate; the step of applying a silver-containing material solution to a surface of the oxide superconducting layer and then forming a silver particle-containing oxide superconducting layer so that silver particles are partially exposed from the surface by MOD method; and the step of forming, as a protection layer, a silver layer on the silver particle-containing oxide superconducting layer. The oxide superconducting thin film wiring material comprises: an orientated metal substrate; an oxide superconducting layer formed on the orientated metal substrate; a silver particle-containing oxide superconducting layer which is formed on the oxide superconducting layer so that silver particles are partially exposed from the surface; and a silver layer formed on the silver particle-containing oxide superconducting layer, which serves as a protection layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
