<p>The present technology relates to a semiconductor device. In an existing technology of an output circuit of data, the output circuit uses a replica delay circuit to output data with time delay consumed to determine whether data bus inversion is existed. However, the present invention has an effect to reduce power consumption and a surface using a latch circuit having a function such as the replica delay circuit. To achieve this, provided is a semiconductor device comprising: a DBI determination unit to determine whether data bus inversion (DBI) is existed based on multiple first data and to generate a DBI determination signal corresponding to a determination result; an output control unit to generate a third alignment control signal, in which time, consumed to determine whether the DBI is existed in response to a first alignment signal in a DBI operation mode, is reflected; a data synchronization unit to output the first data in the DBI operation mode by synchronizing with a second alignment control signal outputted from an output control unit and a first control alignment control signal delayed to determine whether the DBI is existed; and a data output unit to output multiple second data outputted from a latch unit in response to a DBI determination signal in the DBI operation mode and a third alignment control signal or to output multiple third data in which the second data is inversed to the outside.</p> |
