<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust adhesion prevention structure which prevents stagnation of flow generated on a light composing prism, causing adhesion of dust and which is especially for a light incident part of a projector lens where cooling is not needed much. <P>SOLUTION: The projection type liquid crystal video device includes: a light source; a liquid crystal panel arranged on an optical path of light from the light source; a fan for pushing cooling air into the liquid crystal panel in order to release heat of the liquid crystal panel; a drive circuit for driving the fan; a duct for guiding the cooling air to the liquid crystal panel; a light composing prism for composing light having passed through the liquid crystal panel; and a projector lens arranged on the optical path of the composed light. In addition, the projection type liquid crystal video device has a rectifying wall for guiding the cooling air having passed through the liquid crystal panel into between a light incident part of the projector lens and the light composing prism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
