<p>Disclosed are a road surface information collection device, a road surface information management device, and operation methods thereof which are used to provide information on the state of a road surface for a user. According to an embodiment present invention, the road surface information collection device collects the information, and transmits the collected data of the information to the road surface information management device by wireless communication, so the information can be provided for the user and the road surface can be constantly monitored for the maintenance of a road. The disclosed road surface information collection device mounted in a vehicle or installed in a device mounted in the vehicle comprises: a sensor part including at least one of sensors collecting the data according to the movement of the vehicle in different ways; and a bump information generation part detecting the presence of a bump in a certain section on the road surface by receiving vibration data from the sensor part, and generating information on the bump on the road surface by receiving additional data on the section with the bump from the sensors.</p> |
