A fingerprint recognition sensor is disclosed. The fingerprint recognition sensor of the present invention includes: a TFT array including a plurality of pixels; a color filter which filters a light of a specific wavelength by including a red filter, a green filter and a blue filter; photosensitive sensors which are located at each pixel on the same plane of the TFT array; and and a rear light unit which irradiates a light toward the color filter, the TFT array and the photosensitive sensor. The photosensitive sensor reads a fingerprint of a finger by detecting the light reflected by the finger from the light irradiated from the rear light unit. The fingerprint recognition sensor becomes slimmer.
