The present invention is directed to compounds of Formula I:;wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, X and n are described herein. These compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are useful as IK1 channel activators.

A compound of the following formula (I) or a salt thereof wherein X is —O—, —CH2—, —NH—, or —N(C1-C6 alkyl)-, n is an integer of 1 to 3, R1 is —H, halogen, or lower alkyl, R2 and R3 are each the same as or different from each other, and are —H, halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, or halo-C1-C6 alkyl, R4 is —H or -Lk-NH—Ro, Lk is C1-C6 alkylene or a bond, Ro is C1-C6 alkyl, —C1-C6 alkylene-OH, or cycloalkyl, provided that in a case where R4 is —H, X is —N(C1-C6 alkyl)-, and R5 is —H or C1-C6 alkyl.
