PURPOSE: A method of allocating, releasing and changing an international WLL user identity is provided so that a user can directly request a subscription center to allocate, release and change an international WLL user identity during operation. CONSTITUTION: A method of allocating, releasing and changing an international WLL user identity includes the following steps. A user connects a call to a subscription center in the first step. The subscription center makes inquiry about a user's request by voice in the second step. The user responds to the inquiry of the subscription center by a DTMF(Dual Tone Multiplexed Frequency) tone in the third step. With respect to the user's request generated by communication between the user and the subscription center, the subscription center allocates, releases and changes an international WLL user identity in the fourth step.
