<p>PURPOSE: A private key exchanging method between a wireless terminal and a wired terminal is provided to exchange a private key with low energy consumption and calculation by reducing the number of messages transmitted and received between the terminals. CONSTITUTION: A second terminal receives a transmission authentication message from a first terminal(S121). The second terminal calculates a second encryption value by obtained by encoding a first terminal identifier, a transmission seed value, a transmission random value and a lifetime value of the transmission authentication message(S123). The second terminal judges integrity of the transmission authentication message by checking whether the second encryption value is equal to a first encryption value of the transmission authentication message(S125). The second terminal generates a receiving authentication message comprising an identifier of the second terminal, a receiving seed value generated in the second terminal, a receiving random value, a lifetime value of the receiving authentication message and a third encryption value obtained by encoding it and a fourth encryption value obtained by encoding the transmission random value(S127). The second terminal transmits the generated receiving authentication message to the first terminal(S129).
