The present invention is realized using an integrated mailbox service app installed in a sending communication terminal in case of incoming failure. For this, the present invention provides a method for servicing an integrated mailbox, including the steps of: connecting an integrated mailbox servicing apparatus and a sending terminal in case of incoming failure as to a receiving terminal; driving an integrated mailbox service app of the sending terminal; being uploaded with record data according to the integrated mailbox service app; and sending access information of being able to access the uploaded record data to the receiving terminal.
