According to an embodiment of the present invention, a waste heat boiler using waste synthetic gas includes: a main body having an inlet where waste synthetic gas is introduced, an inner space where the synthetic gas is cooled, and an outlet where the cooled synthetic gas is discharged; a water wall which positioned in the inner space of the main body, wherein a fluid exchanging heat with the synthetic gas circulates; and reintroducing pipe reintroducing a portion of the cooled synthetic gas, which is discharged from the outlet, toward the inner space of the main body.
