An optical image capturing lens assembly includes four non-cemented lens elements, in order from an object side to an image side: a first lens element, a second lens element, a third lens element and a fourth lens element. The first lens element with positive refractive power has a convex object-side surface. The second lens element with negative refractive power has a concave object-side surface and a convex image-side surface. The third lens element with positive refractive power has a convex object-side surface and a convex image-side surface, and is made of plastic material, wherein the surfaces of the third lens element are aspheric. The fourth lens element with negative refractive power has a concave object-side surface and a convex image-side surface, and is made of plastic material, wherein the surfaces of the fourth lens element are aspheric.

1. An optical image capturing lens assembly comprising four non-cemented lens elements, in order from an object side to an image side:
a first lens element with positive refractive power having an object-side surface being convex in a paraxial region thereof; a second lens element with negative refractive power having an object-side surface being concave in a paraxial region thereof and an image-side surface being convex in a paraxial region thereof; a third lens element with positive refractive power having an object-side surface being convex in a paraxial region thereof and an image-side surface being convex in a paraxial region thereof, and made of plastic material, wherein the object-side surface and the image-side surface of the third lens element are aspheric; and a fourth lens element with negative refractive power having an object-side surface being concave in a paraxial region thereof and an image-side surface being convex in a paraxial region thereof, and made plastic material, wherein the object-side surface and the image-side surface of the fourth lens element are aspheric; wherein a curvature radius of the object-side surface of the third lens element is R5, a curvature radius of the image-side surface of the third lens element is R6, an axial distance between the second lens element and the third lens element is T23, and an axial distance between the third lens element and the fourth lens element is T34, the following relationships are satisfied:
0.54≦(R5+R6)/(R5−R6)<1, and1.34≦T23/T34<6.5.
