The present invention relates to a user authentication support system. The present invention includes a computing module which receives a user authentication event generation message; a computing module which determines whether a user matches the said person; and a computing module which, upon determining the user-to-person match, can extract a mobile device connection virtual number by user or an automatic response connection number by user, and transmit the information to a user authentication support server.
