1. A light modulation layer of a full-color reflective display, said light modulation layer comprising:
an addressing layer; a mirror positioned above said addressing layer, said mirror configured to reflect light of a predetermined wavelength band; and an electro-optic layer positioned above said mirror, said electro-optic layer configured to absorb light of a predetermined wavelength band in response to a signal received from a switching device of said addressing layer, wherein said full-color reflective display receives incident light from a light source only at a first surface and outputs reflected light, as a viewable image, only from said first surface, wherein said incident light is ambient light. |
