The first rotary member 70 is connected to the first drive part 7 through the torque limiter 73, and driven to rotate when supplied with rotary drive force from the first drive part 7. The second rotary member 80 is connected to the first drive part 8 through the one-way clutch-incorporated gear 82, and driven to rotate in the opposite direction to the first rotary member 70 when supplied with rotary drive force from the second drive part 8. Further, the second rotary member 80 has a slower peripheral speed than the first rotary member 70.
