PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device which can improve a steering feeling imparted to a driver, and a steering control device.SOLUTION: A steering control device of a steering device has: a correction assist amount calculation part 24 which calculates a correction assist amount on the basis of a steering angle speed coefficient K1 and a torque coefficient K2; a steering angle speed coefficient setting part 22 which sets the steering angle speed coefficient K1 according to a steering angle speed, and sets the steering angle speed coefficient K1 larger as a feedback amount of a negative return part becomes larger; and a torque coefficient setting part 23 which sets the torque coefficient K2 according to steering torque, and sets the torque coefficient K2 larger as the feedback amount of the negative return part becomes larger. Then, the steering control device sets the feedback amount of the torque coefficient setting part 23 in the case that the steering torque is within a prescribed high-frequency region larger than the feedback amount of the steering angle speed coefficient setting part 22 in the case that the steering angle speed is within a prescribed high-frequency region. |
